Current Equipment
After recent equipment updates a standard shoot as detailed in my Verified View Methodology statement will use the following equipment:
- One or more of the Tilt-Shift Lenses along with its TSE-Frame depending on the results of the Field of View study
- Possibly a prime lens if specifically agreed by the planners
- The Gitzo GT5543xls Tripod
- Leofoto Geared Head and Rotator Kit
- Shutter Release Cable and Spirit Level
The other items included in the lists will only be used when required and its inclusion will be explained and detailed in the method statement. These links will open external websites in a new tab.
The Horizontal Fields of View quoted here are for theoretical lenses of those length. Lenses tend to slightly change their FOV as you change the point of focus which is referred to as "Lens Breathing" and is not uncommon in lenses used for stills photography. You should expect some "play" in the lens length when camera matching to survey data.
