Contract Requirement

Produce 14 non-verified views from specified locations around the Ransome's Wharf site replicating the images taken in 2007 but following modern Best Practice.

Design and Access Statement

The site is located in Battersea on the northern edge of the London Borough of Wandsworth. On the north side of the Thames is Chelsea Embankment in the Royal London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The site lies within the Greater London Authority's (GLA's) "Central London" zone, as defined in the London Plan.

The site is in close proximity to Battersea Park to the east which provides an attractive large open public space.

The 14 images were combined with rendered images to form the photographic supporting evidence for the successful planning permission submission.
